Our investments are mainly based around Lytham St Anne’s high street with commercial buildings creating a positive impact for the wider town centre and acting as a catalyst for other regeneration projects. This portfolio consists of retail, hospitality and short term rentals and is something we are enjoying developing at pace and beginning to explore overseas opportunities.
