ABOUT THE ROLE
Based predominantly in the UK with envisaged 30-40 days domestic/international travel per annum.
Working directly for the business owner and responsible for organising all travel and lifestyle experiences.
Detailed travel arrangements are essential to ensure everything is thought of and all travel runs smoothly.
Conduct research and on the ground recces of venues, sites, routes and facilities for all travel
and experiences.
Available / on hand for anything unexpected and last minute.
Use pre-existing professionally networked contacts in the UK and overseas.
Typical duties include:
• Diary management logistics and planning ahead, managing the business owner’s time efficiently, personal/private assistance where required, travel management, organising and coordinating personal appointments
Ad hoc duties where required.
This role will also include services for Travel Style Group and The Event (Companies within the group).
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience working with HNW individual and family.
Experienced traveller.
Extensive scheduling experience.
Experience with family as well as business.
Appropriately persuasive when required with pre-existing travel and events contacts.
Tech-savvy.
Methodical way of thinking with strong attention to detail with the ability to demonstrate this.
